Cooktail-3


1.Angèle Green Tea Cooler
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Charbay Green Tea Vodka
2 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz simple syrup soda water lemon wedge for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup into an ice filled highball glass. Top with soda water. Pour the contents into a shaker to mix. Pour back into the glass. Garnish with the lemon wedge.
2.Apple Martini
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz gin or vodka
1 oz green-apple shnapps
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3.Blueberry Tea
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 oz Grand Marnier
3/4 oz amaretto orange pekoe tea orange wheel for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the Grand Marnier and amaretto into a preheated brandy snifter. Fill the snifter two-thirds of the way to the top with orange pekoe tea. Garnish with an orange wheel. Stir the drink.
